New page: Resources
Site updates and thoughts.
Today I created the Resources page, in addition to other changes such as stylizing lists and adding SVG icons.
I've moved my documentaries list there, created a list for articles and another for references. I have a bad habit of not bookmarking/saving articles and lost a crucial one because of this. :(
At this point, the website is more of a glorified brain dump than an actual research project. I'm thoroughly enjoying the process right now though, and I'm the type of person who can't get started on something until my workspace is ready. That's my excuse, at least. :)
In other news, my sister has agreed to mail me THE PHOTO ALBUM so I won't need to pester her about scanning images for me. The only question is when she will mail it (she's been meaning to mail me stuff for years). I created a little timeline so hopefully that will create some sort of pressure. Then the real work will begin!
Thoughts
I'm still unsure of whether I should include tagged blog posts in the project page. I've left that link there as a visual reminder.
Sometimes, I think about this website before bed and come up with a bunch of ideas. That's how the RESOURCES page came to be.
Unfortunately, I spent most of my brain energy thinking about that page and of course I don't write anything down, so I've forgotten what I wanted to do with TAGS (?).
Next steps
In the meantime, I will take a break from customizing the website and watch a documentary next week. I will also ask Han to fact-check my Chinese translations for the page titles.
